Pedro Carvalho: “Just show up, that’s it.”
Pedro Carvalho from Guimarães now training in SBG Ireland the last several months takes on Brazilian Jean Castro at Cage Legacy 4 October 29th 2017.
Cage Legacy spoke with the Portuguese standout today about his upcoming fight and his plans for the future.
How do you feel your game is now that you are training in the world famous SBG under head coach John Kavanagh ? “I fell super great, I fell that I take the best from everything and everyone around me, from teammates to coaches and I really fell myself improving day by day and of course it’s always an honor having the best man on the business (John Kavanagh) training and guide you”
How do you feel now you finally get to lock horns with Castro? “For me what really matters it’s having a fight, I don’t really care if it’s Castro or other guy, the fate of my opponent will be the same, it’s not personal, only business.”
When we asked what is your plans for the near future Pedro Carvalho replied: “I train to be and prove that I’m the best, I still have a lot to do, but for sure I will do it and make it to the top, mark my words on that.”
Have you anyone you would like to give a shout out to? “I just want thank everybody that are always there no matter what and the support for me, that trust and believe in me.”
Thia fight is the first professional MMA bout added to the card. Cage Legacy will announce another two professional bouts along with a stacked card full of MMA talent.
