Colm O’Regan started training Kickboxing when I was 11 because of my love for MMA but that was the only class available to me and have picked up other Martial Erts ever since.

O’Regan will compete in some BJJ comps before the end of the year and also be looking to stay as active as he can on the MMA scene.
