Lehane: “I see my fight ending by KO or TKO”

Cage Legacy spoke to young up and coming SBG Cork star Patrick Lehane ahead of his MMA debut at cage Legacy 3 July 22nd in his hometown Cork. Patrick Lehane will take on Filip Błażyński from Spartan in Dublin in the amateur welterweight division.

I got into the sport because I did boxing for years and wanted to try something new and different. The man who inspires me the most is definitely James Gallagher because he is achieving so much at such a young age and i hope to do the same.

Lehane takes on Filip Błażyński at Cage Legacy 3 July 22nd and had this to say to his opponent: “I’d like to wish my opponent a speedy recovery after I ko him”

There is a lot of up and coming talent in our welterweight division ad we asked 17 years old Lehane what make him different from everyone else in his division: “I’m different because of my boxing back round. I feel my hands are better than everyone’s and I’m only getting better”
