Cage Legacy recently announced three huge title fights for Cage Legacy 3 July 22nd 2017. Three current Cage Legacy champions will defend their titles on the Cork fight card…

(C) John Mitchell (BJJ Cork) Vs Mark Gallivan (Team Ryano) Welterweight title.

(C) Austin Lynch (Kyuzo MMA) Vs Darren O’Brien (SANDA MMA) Bantamweight title.

(C) Dillon Manning (Muskerry) Vs Graham McCormack (SBG Cork) Middleweight title.

Three absolutely spectacular title fights between the very best at their weights. The Cork Card is filling up very nicely!

John Mitchell fighting out of BJJ Cork is unbeaten so far in his amateur MMA carrer with a record of 5-0 and also has lots of experience in Muay Thai fighting on some of the biggest stages in the world. Mitchell picked up the welterweight title against Elliot levy at Cage legacy fight Night Drogheda in what was to be the Fight Of The Night and will make his first title defence in his City Cork!

Mark Gallivan is without doubt a worthy contender with a standout record of 6-2 so far in his amateur MMA career. Gallivan finished his last fight via submission Vs our last welterweight champion Makinde Adeyemi at cage Warriors 81 in Dublin. Gallivan also represented team Ireland at the 2016 IMMAF European Championships. Gallivan is regarded as many as one of the top welterweights in Europe and fights out of Team Ryano HQ in Dublin under head coach ANDY Ryan.

Austin Lynch from Kyuzo MMA became the first ever Cage Legacy bantamweight champion after a three round classic bout with Padraig Magge at cage Legacy 1 October 28th. This will be Lynch’s first defence of the title and the fans cant wait to see this explosive fighter in the cage again. Darren O’Brien became the number one contender after a huge win over Daryl Clarke at Cage Legacy Fight Night Drogheda. O’Brien also represented team Ireland at the recent IMMAF European Championships in Bulgaria and holds K-1 titles in other organisations.

Dillon Manning from Cork will make his first title defence of his middleweight crown in July in Cork against fellow Cork man graham McCormack. Manning is a black belt in judo and holds a 6-2 amateur MMA record. manning also hold championship titles in other organisations..

Graham McCormack started his MMA career in 2010 and tore it up on the amateur circuit, building quite a reputation for himself. After some time away from the sport, he makes his return with a new energy, focus and determination and can’t wait to pick back up where he left off.
